Committee on Nominations, Elections and Appointments (CNEA)

Charge

As directed by the Libraries' Bylaws, the CNEA conducts elections of Library Assembly secretary, Executive Committee at-large members, University Senate representatives, the Research and Publications Committee and itself. CNEA also conducts the election of the Librarian Personnel Committee. This means the CNEA gathers nominations, recommends appointees, prepares ballots using the current voting tools, publicizes the results and maintains a record of balloting for the term of each active office.
