The purpose of this group is to ensure that the libraries maintain citation manager knowledge in the support of the UMN communities research needs. This work may include assessing user needs, regularly evaluating current and new products to ensure their usefulness, developing staff citation manager knowledge levels and training, and coordinating training and education for users.
