The Development Office assists in depositing, receipting, and stewardship of the following types of gifts:
Monetary Donations
If you receive a cash donation to the Libraries, please forward the check, envelope, and any enclosed documents (letters, notes, etc.) plus a note identifying the fund # where it should be deposited to:

Book Donations
The Libraries are no longer able to accept most donations of books and other material due to serious space constraints and the high cost of sorting, reviewing, and processing donated material.
In-Kind Donations
If you feel a potential gift of materials is of important historical and research interest to the Libraries (rare or unique items only), please contact Heather Beaton (612-624-8207 or [email protected]) to further discuss the gift and what information is required in order to process the donation.
