Frontline Reference Coordinators

The Frontline Reference Coordinators group provides ongoing guidance to Libraries-wide digital reference and regularly assesses the digital reference environment to identify any opportunities for staff workflow efficiency or user experience improvements.

The group is configured to share the LibAnswers and the Request a Consultation services, information and inquiries between libraries. 

Frontline Reference Coordinators also hosts 4-6 workshops annually, bringing together all service point staff to refresh, review, or learn more about aspects of frontline work, bringing experts from all over the Libraries.
