Get It Patron physical item request: The item is sent to the active hold shelf at a circulation desk. An email is sent to the patron to pick up the requested item at the circulation hold desk. Includes request numbers by month & year, owning library, and library where the item was sent. Note that at this time, the dataset includes both Get It and Recall requests; while we aren't able to know the ratio currently (because of how Alma Analytics pulls the data), the trend line had been fairly consistent over several years that about 1 in 8 requests is a Recall (vs. a Get It). 2014 - present, updated monthly Michael Johnson
