Reporting Problems with Enterprise Systems

To report an issue with any of our enterprise systems (Alma, Primo, Leganto, Grouper), staff should send an email to [email protected].  Emailing this address will create a ticket in TDX which will be triaged and assigned to staff, based on the nature of the issue.  Types of questions to report are:

  • System response times
  • Issues with any aspect of Alma including acquisitions, fulfillment, resource management
  • Import profiles
  • Record and course loads
  • Data analysis and Tableau reporting/visualizations
  • Configuration changes
  • Alma and Library Flag Access Management / Alma Staff Roles Management

If you are unsure whether to report it, go ahead and send an email.  Staff will work to get the issue to the correct staff member for follow-up.
