What form should I use if I am a supervisor and an employment event has occurred?

  • Please make a copy of the Staffing Action Form (see link on right) and route for signatures.

How can I get my pay statement?

  • Go to MyU.umn.edu. You will be asked to log in with your Internet ID and password. Go to My Pay and see your current pay. At the bottom of the screen, you can click on "View/Print All Pay Stmts" to see a listing of all pay statements.

I didn't get the correct amount.

When is the due date for reporting time?

Why didn't my student get a paycheck?

  • Consider these possibilities:
  • The student opted for direct deposit.
  • If the student has financial aid direct-deposited to a bank account, then his or her pay is automatically direct-deposited to the same account.
  • The hiring documents may not have been turned in on time to be processed by University central payroll.
  • Is the student's I-9 status current?
  • If none of these apply, contact Mickie Barg, Libraries Business Office or Central Payroll at 612 624 8647.

I'm a regular, non-student employee and I didn't receive my paycheck.
