What do faculty need to do to get tenure? (2021/06/17)

OSC and RSC presented findings of a recent project looking at the promotion and tenure documents—called 7.12 statements—for 110 departments at the U.

Transformative Agreements (2020/05/07)

This session provided a definition for "transformative agreements"--agreements in which funds currently used for subscriptions are transformed into funding to support open access publishing.  We described four types of "transformative agreements": choreographed shift, transformative journals, subscribe to open, and offsetting.  Slides are available at z.umn.edu/TransformativeModels.

Unfortunately, we didn't start recording until slide 15 of 36 on May 7th. The presentation is available in two files: Part 1 and Part 2.  Transcripts are available here and here (edited as best as possible for clarity)
