Strategic Plan Coordination Team (sunsetted in December 2021)

The University of Minnesota Libraries developed a strategic plan in FY21 which will span 2021 - 2025. The strategic plan brings new mission, vision, values, and outlined goals and strategies that collectively chart the Libraries direction for the next three years. This plan is aligned with the University-wide strategic plan which was unveiled by President Gabel and approved at the June 2020 Board of Regents Meeting.

The next phase of the strategic planning process is implementation. This phase is a planned approach to making our strategic plan actionable and achievable by incorporating the goals and strategies into the day-to-day work at the Libraries. The Strategic Plan Coordination Team began coordinating tactic development following their Project Charter. Documents developed up through December 2021 can be found in the Strategic Plan Coordination Team folder (Google Drive).
