Need Usage Statistics?
- Go to MyStats, which has login data and usage stats for all licensed resources. Please note: if the statistics don't seem to be there or are inaccurate, please submit a request to [email protected] for the tableau to be fixed and another request to [email protected] to get data in the meantime.
- If the publisher is not COUNTER-compliant (release 4 or 5), then use the ERM Password Safe program to obtain the username and password of vendor site statistics. If you need assistance with Password Safe, please contact [email protected] for help.
