Scope
The Collections Facility (CF) Operations & User Services Group is responsible for developing and finalizing workflows and procedures/policies, and recommending staffing and other resource needs required to open and operate the CF, including initial collections ingest and daily operations. retrieval, and (physical and digital) delivery.
