The bookmarklet described below allows one to enable printing the left sidebar on an Alma "Manage Patron Services" page, which includes some of the patron's details, such as their name, internet ID, and user group. This part of the page is usually hidden when printing, but it is needed for some Access & Information Services staff processes.
To use the bookmarklet:
- Visit the "Alma - print sidebar" page for instructions on saving the bookmarklet in your browser.
- Navigate to the specific page that you are printing, such as a "Manage Patron Services - Fines and Fees" list.
- Click on the bookmarklet in your bookmarks toolbar or bookmarks menu, while on the page to be printed.
- Follow typical printing procedures.
- You may need to scale down the page in the printing dialog to fit both the sidebar and the other content on the same page.
