Givens Conference Suite 120 A,B&C
(Presentation Rooms)
Capacity: (Collapsible walls separate the three rooms and can be pulled back for larger meetings.)
120A seats 16 people conference style (tables in a round configuration) and 30 in lecture (i.e. no tables) style.
120B seats 60 in lecture style.
120C seats 20 people comfortably in conference style or 36 in lecture arrangement.
120A&B or 120B&C can hold 100 in lecture style or 40 in a large conference arrangement.
120A,B&C can hold 120-180 people in a lecture style environment, depending on the direction the chairs are facing, or 60 in conference arrangement.
Amenities: All rooms include- Active Ethernet Jack and a projector screen. Items by request- White Board, Markers, Flip Chart Easels, Flip Chart Paper, Overhead Projector (Phone for incoming and local outgoing calls located in 120B and 120C only)
